Permanent, natural-looking replacements for missing teeth — planned with CBCT 3D precision, placed with experienced hands. The gold standard in tooth replacement, now in Taman Connaught.
The visible part — a custom ceramic tooth that matches your natural shade and shape exactly.
A small connector that joins the crown to the titanium post beneath the gum line.
Surgically placed into the jawbone. Over 3–5 months it fuses with your bone — osseointegration — becoming a permanent artificial root.
The implant stimulates the bone, preventing the bone loss that always follows a missing tooth.
A dental implant is a titanium post placed into your jawbone that acts as an artificial tooth root. Once it fuses with the bone, a natural-looking ceramic crown is attached on top — giving you a permanent tooth that you brush, floss, and forget about, just like a natural one.
Unlike a bridge or denture, an implant replaces the root as well as the crown. This is what makes it the only tooth-replacement option that also preserves your jawbone and prevents the facial changes that come with tooth loss over time.
Whether you're replacing a single tooth or an entire arch, we have an implant solution to fit your situation, your timeline, and your budget.
One missing tooth replaced with one implant and one crown. The simplest, most common implant procedure.
Two or more adjacent missing teeth replaced using two implants supporting a bridge of crowns.
A complete upper or lower arch of teeth supported by 4–6 strategically placed implants. A life-changing alternative to full dentures.
Most dental X-rays show a flat, 2D image. Our CBCT scanner produces a full 3D map of your jaw — showing bone width, height, density, nerve positions, and sinus proximity — before we place a single implant.
This means your implant is planned with surgical precision on a computer first. The actual procedure is faster, safer, and more predictable.
We see exactly how much bone you have, where it is, and whether a graft is needed — before your first appointment is even booked.
CBCT reveals the exact position of your inferior alveolar nerve and sinus floor — critical for safe lower and upper jaw implant placement.
We select the correct implant diameter and length based on your actual anatomy — not estimates from a flat X-ray.
The full process takes 4–6 months, but most of that is your body healing — not time in the chair. Here's exactly what to expect.
You come in for a no-obligation consultation. We take a full CBCT scan of your jaw, assess your bone volume, general health, and discuss all treatment options — including whether a bone graft is needed. You'll leave with a clear treatment plan and exact cost breakdown before committing to anything.
If your CBCT reveals insufficient bone volume, we perform a bone graft at the same clinic. A small amount of graft material is placed to rebuild the bone where the implant will sit. This step typically adds 3–4 months of healing before the implant can be placed. Not everyone needs it — many patients go straight to Step 3.
The titanium post is placed into the jawbone under local anaesthesia. A small incision is made in the gum, the implant is positioned precisely (guided by your CBCT plan), and the site is sutured. Most patients are genuinely surprised by how straightforward the procedure feels. Mild soreness for 2–4 days afterwards is typical and managed easily with pain relief.
This is where your body does the work. Over 3–5 months, the titanium post fuses with your jawbone through a process called osseointegration. During this time you continue your normal life — eating, working, smiling — while the implant becomes a permanent part of your jaw. We monitor your healing at regular check-ups.
Once osseointegration is confirmed, a small connector piece called an abutment is attached to the implant post. This protrudes slightly above the gum line and serves as the anchor point for your final crown. This is a minor procedure, usually done under local anaesthesia, with minimal recovery.
Your custom ceramic crown — matched precisely to the shade and shape of your surrounding teeth using our digital scanner — is attached to the abutment. This is the moment it all comes together. You leave with a complete, permanent tooth that looks, feels, and functions exactly like the real thing.
Most adults are suitable for dental implants. The best way to find out is a CBCT consultation — but here's a general guide.

"I was 54 and had been living with a gap for almost 8 years. I was convinced I had left it too long. The team did a CBCT scan at the first visit and told me my bone was fine — no graft needed. The whole process was explained so clearly I never felt anxious. Now I can't even remember which tooth it is."
"I have Type 2 diabetes and was worried I wouldn't be a candidate. The doctor took the time to explain exactly what they look for and what blood sugar levels we'd need to hit. They monitored me throughout the healing period. My implant has been in for over a year and it's perfect."
"I had been using a partial denture for years and hated every minute of it. Getting the implant done here was the best dental decision I've ever made. The surgery itself was nothing — I went back to work the next day. The crown looks identical to my other teeth. I genuinely cannot feel a difference."
